β€’ Help support a new process for the administration of incentive compensation plans. β€’ Generate regular reports and ad-hoc analyses for senior management, HR, and Finance teams. β€’ Establish and maintain comprehensive process documentation for incentive compensation administration. β€’ Assist with the implementation of an Incentive Compensation Management tool. β€’ Maintain thorough documentation related to compliance with compensation regulations. β€’ Effectively communicate with operation personnel. β€’ Regularly review and refine incentive compensation administration and calculation processes. β€’ Document data sources, data validation processes, and data retention policies.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field. β€’ Advanced Excel skills in modeling and complex formulas. β€’ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. β€’ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. β€’ Strong understanding of compensation principles, regulations, and calculation processes. β€’ Preferred experience with a Commission Calculation Software (CaptivateIQ, Xactly). β€’ Minimum of 4 years of experience in incentive compensation administration or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex compensation programs. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
