• Help support a new process for the administration of incentive compensation plans. • Generate regular reports and ad-hoc analyses for senior management, HR, and Finance teams. • Establish and maintain comprehensive process documentation for incentive compensation administration. • Assist with the implementation of an Incentive Compensation Management tool. • Maintain thorough documentation related to compliance with compensation regulations. • Effectively communicate with operation personnel. • Regularly review and refine incentive compensation administration and calculation processes. • Document data sources, data validation processes, and data retention policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field. • Advanced Excel skills in modeling and complex formulas. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong understanding of compensation principles, regulations, and calculation processes. • Preferred experience with a Commission Calculation Software (CaptivateIQ, Xactly). • Minimum of 4 years of experience in incentive compensation administration or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex compensation programs. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
