📋 Description

• Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers. • Define priorities and deliverables for projects optimizing fulfillment systems. • Partner with product managers and operations teams for continuous improvement. • Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance. • Drive initiatives to modernize fulfillment systems and reduce inefficiencies. • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates. • Facilitate technical design discussions and align stakeholders. • Inspire an atmosphere of continuous improvement as a mentor.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with warehouse management systems, order management systems, transportation management systems, or similar solutions. • 3+ years of experience building and scaling real-time solutions, including 1-2+ years managing high-performing engineering teams. • Proven track record of delivering impactful, customer-focused solutions. • Hands-on experience with widely used programming languages, such as Golang, Java, or similar. • Passionate about mentoring team members and supporting their professional growth. • Prioritize clear, honest communication and build strong, collaborative teams. • Excel at setting and communicating clear priorities to team and cross-functional partners. • Flexible, pragmatic, and committed to high-quality solutions.
