Description

• Play a key role as a FP&A business partner to the Merchandising Buying and Planning team • Responsible for creating and updating reports, forecasts, and financial models • Generate impactful business insights • Manage and track financial performance against annual budget • Analyze variances to plan and forecast • Participate in cross-functional projects for process improvement • Prepare monthly financial review presentations • Drive ad-hoc analysis and scenario modeling • Evolve tools, enhance existing reporting, and improve business processes

Requirements

• 2-4 years of financial analysis, retail finance, merchandise planning, inventory planning or accounting experience • Proven experience with full-price and markdown forecasting models • Superior Excel skills, including basic financial modeling • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills • Identify opportunities for business improvement • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage competing priorities • Experience with Anaplan, Essbase, and/or similar planning and reporting tools
