Description

• As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will partner with Merchandising Buying and Planning team. • Responsible for creating reports, forecasts, and financial models for Merchandise team. • Work closely with merchandising partners on strategic forecasts and inventory management. • Analyze variances to plan and forecast, providing insights on trends and risks. • Prepare monthly financial review presentations for management meetings. • Participate in cross-functional projects and lead process improvements. • Drive ad-hoc analysis and scenario modeling for decision-making. • Evolve tools and enhance existing reporting in partnership with Finance.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of financial analysis, retail finance, merchandise planning, or accounting experience • Proven experience with full-price and markdown forecasting models • Ability to analyze the financial impact of markdowns • Superior Excel skills, including financial modeling • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills • Ability to influence and drive decisions • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Experience with Anaplan, Essbase, or similar tools
