Requirements

• Self-starter with the ability to grasp complex concepts related to fulfillment and warehouse management and drive product initiatives forward. • Experience taking ideas from conception to launch in resource-constrained environments. • Excellent communication skills to articulate user needs, product value, and engineering scope effectively. • Familiarity with navigating product and development systems, as well as industry related systems. • Proven ability to generate fresh ideas and drive product innovation. • Strong prioritization skills and capacity to make tough decisions. • Independent yet collaborative approach to working across teams. • Analytical mindset with a blend of strategic thinking, user empathy, and business acumen. • Passion for the logistics or supply chain domain and solving industry-specific challenges.
