📋 Description

• Verra Mobility Commercial Services is a global leader in smart mobility. • Seeking an exceptional Product Manager to drive technical product strategy and execution. • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to manage the systems across their product life cycles. • Monitor business, market, and technology trends to inform product strategy and proactively propose new solutions. • Maintain a roadmap and release plan to effectively prioritize the delivery of features. • Guide the product engineering team to scope, plan and deliver work, applying established delivery methodologies. • Ensure alignment and adherence to corporate, financial and IT standards. • Manage investment decision making and finances for the product.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology or Business Field or equivalent experience. Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred. • Minimum 5 years working as a Product Manager for B2B, business process outsourcing, or technology company • Minimum 3 years in defining requirements, journey mapping, and prototyping based on user needs • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Strong business acumen required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills • Proven ability to function both as an individual contributor and member of a cross-functional team • Experience driving cross functional teams across all levels and functions • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards • Moderate travel required (10-30%)
