📋 Description
• Own and drive the product roadmap • Work closely with customers to gather insights • Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success • Create and maintain product documentation • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve user experience • Prioritize and manage competing demands • Act as an internal champion for the customer
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in product management within a SaaS or IoT environment • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong project management skills • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and a customer-first mindset • Ability to break down complex problems and find solutions • Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred • Background in SaaS product management, particularly B2B solutions is preferred • Experience in a high-growth startup environment is preferred
