📋 Description
• Improve Storj S3-compatibility layer, Link Sharing Service, Uplink CLI, and other integrations • Improve S3-compatibility and related test suites • Design, implement, and maintain features, libraries, and tools for the Storj network • Actively participate in architectural design and code reviews • Implement automation efforts around builds, deployment, and scaling • Monitor production environments, servers, and applications for health, performance, and security • Work directly with the QA and Support teams to resolve issues • Participate in the on-call rotation and be able to respond in a timely fashion during off-hours
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ years of experience with professional coding in Go or similar programming languages • 1-3 years of experience is preferred • Security-first mindset • Working knowledge or deep interest in distributed systems • Working knowledge or deep interest in systems administration and computer networking • Familiarity with observability tools (such as Prometheus, Grafana, and similar) • Ability to learn new programming languages, frameworks, APIs, and tools quickly • Eagerness to be collaborative, quality-conscious, highly self-motivated, and use excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
