Description

As a Documentation Engineer II, you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of documentation related to company products, processes, and training materials. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure that information is accurate, accessible, and effectively supports internal and external users.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in web development. Proven experience in technical writing and documentation. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience. Experience with CMS in general; experience with Headless CMS is a plus. Thorough knowledge of consuming RESTful APIs. GraphQL APIs is a plus. Working knowledge of at least one of the modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, or Svelte) along with its fundamental principles. Working knowledge of Git. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. High attention to detail. Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in documentation. Ability to learn and document technical topics efficiently and comprehensively. Ability to assume the users’ perspective to convey technical information clearly. Ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
