Description

• Storyblok is seeking a highly skilled Field Marketing Manager to drive growth in our high-propensity accounts across the German, Austrian, and Nordic markets. • As an individual contributor, you will leverage your expertise in scalable account-centric marketing to develop and execute targeted campaigns that support our sales efforts. • Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and optimize marketing programs will be essential for success in this role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • Certifications in marketing, sales enablement, or digital marketing are a plus • Proven experience in field marketing, with a focus on B2B technology or software • Prior Partner/Channel Marketing leverage in your activities • Experience working in the German, Austrian, and ideally Nordic markets • Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM-at scale) strategies and tactics • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and platforms • Experience planning and executing field marketing events, such as webinars, workshops, and user conferences • Ability to distribute targeted content, including case studies, whitepapers, and blog posts • Proficiency in using data analytics tools to measure and analyze marketing performance • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Being based in and fluent in German is essential • Ability to adapt marketing strategies to regional preferences and cultural nuances • Experience working with CRM systems and sales enablement tools • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • A passion for marketing and a desire to drive business growth
