📋 Description

• The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the websites for both our retail dispensary brand and our CPG product brands. • This role will oversee all aspects of website performance, including SEO, analytics, content, merchandising, UX, web development, and conversion optimization. • The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience managing e-commerce websites, excels at problem-solving, and is comfortable managing multiple projects, third-party vendors, and agencies in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred. • 5+ years of experience managing e-commerce websites, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment. • Strong expertise with Wordpress, as well as enterprise-level ecommerce platforms. Knowledge of cannabis-specific ecommerce platforms like Dutchie or Iheartjane is a plus. • Deep knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, conversion optimization, and UX best practices. • Experience managing multiple websites, including both retail and brand sites. • Proficiency in merchandising, content management, and digital marketing strategies. • Strong project management skills, with experience overseeing third-party vendors and agencies. • Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems, and execute projects efficiently in a fast-paced startup setting. • Cannabis or regulated industry experience is a plus but not required.
