Description

• Analyze web traffic data to identify trends, opportunities, and causes of change in website performance. • Collaborate with marketing teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and implement strategic improvements. • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor website performance, using data to inform decisions. • Develop and present data-driven insights and reports to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable strategies. • Generate hypotheses, test assumptions, and evaluate the effectiveness of website changes through A/B testing and other analytics techniques. • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data and support the execution of testing initiatives. • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of website optimization strategies. • Act as a subject matter expert on web analytics, providing guidance and recommendations based on data findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or digital marketing/web relevant field • Minimum of 2 years relevant digital/web analytics experience • Strong analytical skills with experience in website analytics, data visualization, and dashboard creation. • Proficient (1-3 years) in web analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4, and data visualization platforms (PowerBI required). • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. • A curious mindset with the ability to ask the right questions and investigate underlying factors affecting website performance. • Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and monitoring the impact of website changes. • Ability to work effectively within a team setting while being an assertive self-starter and managing independent tasks.
