• Join a remote-first and globally spread HR/People Operations team • Play a pivotal role in developing and improving policies for the entire employee lifecycle • Act as a resource for people managers on recruitment and talent development • Oversee recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding • Create and implement structures to build a high-performance culture • Design initiatives for a warm and inclusive remote-first culture
🎯 Requirements
• HRBP or People Operations experience from a global context, ideally from a start up or scale up background • Proven experience developing and implementing HR processes, policies, and SOPs for companies with several legal entities • Analytical mindset focusing on desirable outcomes • Strong willingness to take ownership and accountability • Enjoy creating connections, fostering relationships, and driving engagement • Ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple responsibilities
