Description

β€’ Execute the product strategy for healthcare data integrations. β€’ Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and prioritize requirements. β€’ Maintain the product roadmap, outlining key milestones and deliverables. β€’ Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams for alignment. β€’ Stay up-to-date with healthcare industry regulations and standards. β€’ Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure reliability and accuracy. β€’ Champion user experience enhancements and work with design teams. β€’ Develop documentation and training materials for internal teams and customers.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field. β€’ 2 or more years of experience in product management or customer success in healthcare IT. β€’ Basic understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and standards related to data integration. β€’ Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and DICOM. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. β€’ Able to influence teams to achieve product goals. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product plans. β€’ Experience working with internal stakeholders and third party vendors. β€’ Able to lead projects of low to medium complexity, including managing timelines, budgets, resources, and ensuring successful project delivery. β€’ Demonstrated ability to make quick, effective decisions in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while maintaining a results-oriented focus. β€’ Proven track record of staying calm under pressure, adapting to changing priorities, and consistently delivering quality outcomes within tight deadlines. β€’ Experience with API Management (APIM) platforms is highly preferred, including proficiency in designing, deploying, and managing APIs for seamless integration, security, and scalability. β€’ Experience with healthcare integration engines (Rhapsody Corepoint, JHL7, Qvera, etc.) is preferred.
