• Leverage expertise in underwriting models and advanced Excel skills • Design, implement, and evaluate sales and compensation structures • Analyze ROI on potential investments and acquisitions • Understand key drivers of cash flow and margin for investments • Develop and enhance underwriting models to evaluate compensation and performance • Create, analyze, and interpret complex financial models • Continuously assess and improve underwriting processes • Assist with FP&A projects for forecasting and business analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field • Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is a plus • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with a strong focus on underwriting models and financial modeling ideally within the commercial real estate industry • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required and proficiency in Microsoft BI is preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial modeling and data analysis
