Description
• Directs and coordinates educational, administrative, and counseling activities of students • Ensures educational programs conform to state and local school board standards • Researches and implements non-K12 curriculum resources • Manages teaching and administrative staff and programs • Confers with teachers, students, and parents concerning educational and behavioral problems • Ensures the school meets local, state, and federal laws including special education laws
Requirements
• Master's degree in business, education or related field of study • Five (5) years of educational experience • Five (5) years of supervisory experience • Ability to clear required background check • Demonstrable leadership, organizational and time management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Microsoft Office proficiency • Ability to travel 20% of the time • Experience as an online/virtual educator • Washington State License as a School Administrator and Washington State Teaching Credential
