Description

• Develop, establish, and monitor department processes and procedures. • Serve as a strategic partner to leadership in all areas of academics. • Create and foster partnerships across all service lines and departments. • Interface with stakeholders to oversee faculty onboarding. • Develop leadership presence and influence change management. • Collaborate to identify onboarding gaps and propose changes. • Provide regular updates about process changes. • Evaluate operational trends and consult on improvement measures. • Advise on onboarding processes and institutional changes. • Lead and evaluate new faculty onboarding. • Implement initiatives to enhance recruitment and retention. • Manage communications between hiring departments. • Manage data tracking for onboarding metrics. • Develop communication templates tailored to new hires. • Facilitate HR onboarding requirements and contract reviews. • Engage departments to support research needs. • Lead internal onboarding meetings and support HR colleagues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields is preferred. • Four (4) years of experience in Human Resources including coordination of faculty and/or executive level recruitment/onboarding.
