Description
• Design multimedia assets for courses, modular lessons, and downloadable resources • Manage Production team’s asset repository while sourcing image and video assets • Collaborate with IDs, SMEs, contractors, and relevant stakeholders • Manage multiple projects and strategize deadlines • Produce and edit video and graphic resources for clarity, creativity, and K12 brand alignment • Conduct accessibility testing of courses and related resources • Continue growing by staying appraised of current research and new visual design applications
Requirements
• Two (2) years of experience in instructional design, visual design, graphic design, UX/UI design, video production, or related field • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign and Premiere Pro • Proficiency in WCAG guidelines and accessibility alignment • Knowledge of Monday.com workflow management platform • Strong technology and writing skills that lead to a "learner focus" by using media and design techniques to meet deadlines with creativity, independence, and high standards • Demonstrated ability to establish objectives, identify problems, analyze data and creatively deliver solutions • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on large-scale projects and adapt to new environments and meet new challenges head-on • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency. • Ability to clear required background check
