Description

• The Finance Manager is a corporate finance role responsible for providing the financial analysis and insight to executive management. • Report directly to the Vice President, Finance. • Be accountable for the accuracy of reported financial forecasts and budgets as well as respective variance analysis. • Direct, performs and is accountable for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and variance/return analysis activities for shared service departments. • Works with Accounting and Corporate Finance on monthly/ quarterly/ annual close processes. • Manages overall department budget(s). • Present the financial results as well as budgets, forecasts and analytics to the Executive Management team. • Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures within the Corporate Finance team. • Foster an environment of highest professional standards for yourself and your team in terms of ethics, adherence to policies, procedures, and to achieve the overall set goals of the business unit. • Ad hoc requirements as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field AND Five (5) to Eight (8) years of related experience OR Equivalent combination of education and experience. • Customer service and business partnering orientation. • Attention to detail and quality of deliverables while sensitive to strict and tight deadlines. • Excellent Interpersonal skills with the capability to interact with people at all levels and of all areas of responsibilities, fostering collaboration. • Possess strong communication skills – written and verbal. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Ability to travel 25% of the time. • Ability to clear required background check.
