• Lead the UX, CRO, and SEO strategy for digital platforms. • Design and implement A/B tests and multivariate tests to improve user experience. • Partner with researchers, designers, developers, and marketers for intuitive UI. • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze user behavior. • Develop a deep understanding of user base through foundational and evaluative UX research. • Ensure content is optimized for search engines. • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Marketing, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field. • 5 - 7 years of experience in UX design and CRO, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Strong proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) and CRO tools (e.g., Visual Web Optimizer, Optimizely, etc). • Proven track record of leading successful UX and CRO initiatives. • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and project management skills. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
