• VP of Program Management and Workforce Planning overseeing all aspects of project management. • Develop and implement comprehensive technology workforce planning strategy. • Lead development of comprehensive project management methodology. • Monitor and optimize PMO team capacity for efficient resource allocation. • Analyze technology skill requirements based on product roadmap. • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability. • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to project management team.
Requirements
• BA or BS, preferably in business, project management, economics, or a related field • Fifteen (15) years of experience in an operational, finance, management, or project delivery role • Ten (10) years of upper management experience in a senior program management role, with experience in managing technology projects. • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex projects aligned with product roadmaps. • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing project management methodologies. • Direct experience driving continuous improvements in process and operational efficiencies. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions. • Experience building and leading a high-performance team across multiple geographies. • Ability to quickly drill down to solve problems and take ownership of the resolution. • Ability to partner cross functionally to drive complex strategic projects.
