• Provides operational support for Stride Learning Solutions Sales and Partner Success team. • Responsible for processing quotes, contracts, and orders in Salesforce. • Maintains accurate data and assists in quote/opportunity creation. • Gathers information for order transactions and interacts with stakeholders. • Works to improve processes and deliver results. • Manages the Orders queue and processes requests. • Responsible for data integrity of key accounts. • Acts as a liaison for customer issues and ensures resolution. • Performs ad-hoc project work or data entry duties as needed.
