📋 Description
• Provides operational support for Stride Learning Solutions Sales and Partner Success team. • Responsible for processing quotes, contracts, and orders in Salesforce. • Maintains accurate data and assists in quote/opportunity creation. • Gathers information for order transactions and interacts with stakeholders. • Works to improve processes and deliver results. • Manages the Orders queue and processes requests. • Responsible for data integrity of key accounts. • Acts as a liaison for customer issues and ensures resolution. • Performs ad-hoc project work or data entry duties as needed.
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED • One (1) year of Salesforce.com experience • Two (2) years of Sales Operations experience • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) proficiency • Web proficiency • Salesforce.com proficiency • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Solutions oriented with strong follow-up • Extremely organized, self-starting, detail-oriented • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player across the organization • Ability to clear required background check
