Description

•Provide operational support across key financial institutions and ecosystem partners •Interact with partners to launch new integrations and functionality, improve operations, and drive incident resolution procedures •Work with partnerships, product, and engineering teams, along with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners’ executives •Build and own technical operations relationships with ecosystem partners •Work cross-functionally to build integrations, support deals, and drive process enhancements •Define and implement SLAs, metrics, and performance standards for partners •Host recurring meetings and business reviews for continuous growth and improvement •Develop and manage project plans for new implementations •Program manage compliance and due diligence requirements for external partners •Identify inefficiencies in Stripe’s operating model and drive solutions •Assist with incident resolution with Engineering teams

Requirements

•7+ years of technical project/program management and/or business operations experience •Experience managing external relationships •Proven ability to successfully drive medium-to-large sized technical projects with external partners and cross-functional internal stakeholders •Strong analytical skills with excellent problem solving abilities •Ability to understand and map technical system architecture and requirements •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) •The willingness to travel, when necessary •Experience in banking, e-commerce, consumer technology, or payments •Knowledge of and experience with payment technologies and ecosystems •Basic to intermediate SQL or API knowledge •Experience in a high growth technology company
