• Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. • The Startup Marketing team’s mission is to create and deliver content and experiences tailored to the startup audience. • We are looking for an experienced product marketer to shape the roadmap, drive launches, and grow adoption of Stripe. • In this role, you will develop messaging and positioning, craft the narrative for how our products deliver value, and engage teams across sales and product to drive overall awareness and revenue. • Key responsibilities include developing messaging for Startup users, enabling sales teams, and managing community documentation.
• 7+ years prior product marketing experience, with a strong preference for candidates with experience working in B2B settings. • Experience building impactful campaigns targeting startups or startup founders. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience translating technical features into benefits for a technical audience. • Be able to leverage data to proactively identify opportunities and drive impactful results. • A users-first mindset, with a focus on creating incredible customer/stakeholder experiences. • Demonstrated comfort working with senior executives across a variety of disciplines. • Builder mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment. • Experience working in the startup ecosystem as a product manager or product marketer. • Strong problem solving and analytical ability, with a track record of “test & learn” mindset. • Strong collaboration skills, a tendency to seek and value alternate views, and an ability to earn stakeholder confidence quickly and exert influence. • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data.
