•Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. •Millions of companies use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. •The Developer Platform team is dedicated to enhancing developer experiences. •You will play a crucial role in advancing Stripe's developer experience initiatives. •This position is about driving innovation to enhance our API ecosystems. •You will work on expanding existing external API developments. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, influencing and aligning with leadership. •Your efforts will be pivotal in streamlining processes and contributing to Stripe's growth.

🎯 Requirements

•5+ years of experience in software/systems engineering or technical product/program management. •Experience in improving developer experience. •You are technical and may have worked as a product manager or influenced process/program/product changes broadly at a company level. •Proven track record in comprehensive program management across software development phases. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at building strong relationships. •Proficient in driving process improvements across diverse teams and functions. •Autonomous leader experienced in managing large-scale efforts and global stakeholders. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in large-scale platforms and organizations. •Demonstrated experience in leading global initiatives, building APIs, products, and scalable systems. •Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
