• Work with customers and stakeholders to identify key problems to solve • Prototype potential solutions with Product Development and User Experience • Design, build, and deliver solutions that add real value • Ensure products solve the right customer problems through product discovery • Become the product expert responsible for product strategy and roadmap • Communicate with all stakeholders on core value propositions and new capabilities • Act as the primary evangelist and champion for the product

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or technology, information systems or software engineering course of study or relevant experience required • 6 years of experience in product management or a field related to software product development • 2 years leading cross-functional teams • Experience with computer aided design software (CAD) or Computer aided design alternative software or BIM software required • Familiarity with software used in by contractors, lumber yards, or the residential building industry preferred • Must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy • Ability to write in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner • Ability to build and sustain cooperative working relationships • Ability to influence others in a positive and effective way • The ability to arrange resources to get things done • Ability to identify the information needed to solve problems effectively • Ability to stay calm and in control in tense or frustrating situations • Ability to cultivate relationships that secure commitment and trust
