• This Business Operations Analyst on Stryker's Sustainability Solutions (SSS) team will work closely with various teams to help drive customer sales and savings. • Develop strategic partnerships and detailed analysis to drive business insights and optimize inventory. • Build and maintain strong external relationships to address customer needs, identify opportunities, and improve customer experience. • Communicate insights and recommendations via phone and email to drive efficiencies and savings. • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service to deliver data-driven solutions. • Identify and execute "switch-to" strategies and DNR optimization to maximize customer value. • Leverage systems like SAP and Salesforce to resolve issues and manage order fulfillment. • Educate customers on supply chain processes and ordering solutions to streamline operations. • Lead monthly SOAR calls to ensure clear communication between stakeholders. • Execute 30-60-90 training plans for new field members and educate sales personnel on ordering processes. • Analyze and relay customer buying trends while meeting key performance metrics. • Collaborate with business leaders to design new applications and technologies for growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 1+ year of work experience in inside sales, supply chain services, healthcare, customer service, analytics, or operations-based work • Experience working in MS Office Suite with experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint required • Advanced knowledge of an ERP Sales Order module required • Experience with JD Edwards, SAP, Salesforce or similar preferred • PowerBI and Excel experience such as Pivot Tables, V‐Lookups, and Formulas & Functions preferred
