• As the Lead Research Analyst, you will impact the enterprise portfolio across Stryker. • Responsibilities include designing, executing, and analyzing research data needed for enterprise priorities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate insights and support business objectives. • Conduct scoping discussions and assist in planning research projects. • Drive external research, gaining competitive analysis through various channels. • Deploy multiple research approaches, including qualitative and quantitative types. • Support managing project logistics and create standardized ways to track KPIs. • Deliver high-quality results to meet business priorities with passion and energy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. • 4+ years of work experience required; 2+ years market research experience preferred. • Excel experience required; PowerBI experience preferred.
