Description

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights, identify user needs and behaviours, and help shape our digital strategies. • Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and strategists to build a deep understanding of users and ensure that our solutions effectively address their challenges. • Design and conduct user research initiatives according to a brief including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and focus groups. • Analyse and synthesise research findings to generate actionable insights for the team. • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives and help define user-centric goals for projects. • Create user personas, journey maps, and other tools to communicate research findings and user insights effectively. • Maintain an awareness of industry trends and best practices in user research, and apply this knowledge to improve our methodologies. • Advocate the value of user research through webinars, conferences and articles.

Requirements

• Experience or hands-on experience in user research, UX design, or related fields. • Proficiency in various research methods including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and observations. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesise qualitative and quantitative data. • Experience creating user personas and journey maps, and using them to inform design decisions. • Familiarity with tools such as SurveyMonkey, Maze, Optimal Workshop, Optimizely, HotJar, and Excel or similar. • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner. • Experience working in an agency or similar environment where flexibility and collaboration are key. • Curious and have a deep empathy for users' needs and challenges. • Enjoy working collaboratively and can build strong relationships with cross-functional teams. • Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to improve digital experiences for users. • Are interested in the business of arts and culture.
