• Marketing and selling a diverse range of Floral, Home Décor, Seasonal, and Garden products. • Nurturing existing client relationships and seeking out new business opportunities. • Building and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and addressing customer inquiries.
🎯 Requirements
• Previous sales experience with a proven track record of results preferably in Floral, Home Décor, Seasonal and Garden or related field experience. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented to achieve annual sales metrics. • Creative problem solving to meet the needs of the customer and the company. • Adept at planning efficient and effective territory coverage to optimize call cycles. • Develop comprehensive understanding of the Company’s products, sales materials and clearly articulate attributes and benefits to customers. • Attend relevant trade shows to meet with and introduce new products to your customers. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey trend and product information as well as building positive long-term client relationships. • Address customer concerns directly or facilitate responses through Customer Service team. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to prioritize workflow, scheduling of client meetings, record sales activity in CRM and efficient management of day-to-day activities.
