• This is not just a legal role—it’s an opportunity to contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge legal practice focused on the SME market. • As a Senior Employment Solicitor, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding business leaders and founders through the complexities of employment law, while also driving business development and expanding the firm’s client base. • You will collaborate with our accountancy hubs and senior leadership, helping to cement Sumer Law’s position as a trusted partner for owner-managed businesses across the UK. • You will provide expert employment law advice in the following areas: • Director, employment and consultancy agreements • Staff handbooks • Offer letters • Post-termination restrictions • Workplace disputes • Advice on TUPE matters • ACAS negotiations

🎯 Requirements

• A qualified employment solicitor with proven expertise in advising SMEs across a range of industries. • Have experience in growing a client base, developing new revenue streams, and driving innovation in legal services. • Be adept at offering tailored, strategic advice to business owners and key stakeholders. • Be proactive in identifying opportunities for business growth, both within the firm and through client relationships. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to efficiently manage multiple clients and matters simultaneously
