• This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by providing bespoke legal advice to individuals, families, and business owners on managing and preserving wealth. • You will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate complex issues such as wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate, while contributing to the growth of Sumer Law's private client services.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified and experienced Private Client solicitor • Demonstrated ability to develop lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families, fostering trust and client loyalty. • Expertise in drafting wills, trusts, and other legal documents with precision and clarity. • Proven ability to build and nurture strong client relationships, identify opportunities for cross-selling services, and attract new clients to expand the Private Client portfolio. • Experience working with SME clients, providing consultative and commercially aware advice. • Proven success in identifying and securing new private client work, including referrals from accountants, financial advisors, and other professional contacts. • Experience in managing probate and estate administration processes efficiently and accurately. • You may be the sort of person who: • Possess a growth mindset: Actively seeks opportunities for growth and development across the business as a whole. • Continuously Improving: Committed to improving technical ability, industry knowledge and personal professional performance. • Client-focused: maintains a genuine interest in understanding and addressing client needs and commercial objectives. • Collaborative: excels in working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional results.
