• Manage sales territory in Eastern Massachusetts • Aggressively pursue sales of compressed air products and services • Provide engineering services and consultation • Analyze customer accounts and determine equipment needs • Establish rapport between customers and the company • Develop and educate a sub-dealer network • Educate architects and engineering firms • Research and prepare product presentations • Supervise product order acquisition and fulfillment • Stay current on equipment technology • Expand product knowledge • Represent company at industry and trade show events • Provide advanced systems consultation • Act as a leader, manager, and motivator

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business preferred • Proven ability to work with technical products and sales • At least three years of customer contact experience • 2+ years of industrial sales experience • Desire, self-confidence, imagination, commitment, and motivation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Ability to analyze customer requirements and advise on solutions • Strong organization and time management skills • Valid driver’s license and insurability to operate a vehicle • Leadership, management, and motivation abilities
