β€’ Develops annual forecast and business plan for the region β€’ Accountable for the financial health of each branch operations within region β€’ Works with respective corporate managers to oversee all functions of branches including Sales and Marketing, Warehouse, Collections, Purchasing and Administration β€’ Develops relationships with personnel, key customers, and vendors β€’ Responsible for recruitment, selection and hiring for all positions in the region β€’ Actively coaches and mentors employees to achieve excellence and promotability throughout the organization β€’ Oversees or directly supervises employee training, reviewing, coaching and terminations β€’ Keeps abreast of competitors and market changes within territory β€’ Enthusiastically support and implement company policies and philosophies β€’ Team builder; Sets goals and motivates employees to achieve excellence in performance β€’ Creates a supportive work environment and empowers employees to make informed decisions β€’ Holds employees accountable β€’ Ensures personnel are engaged in productive activities consistent with business objectives at all times β€’ Prudently uses entertainment as a tool to facilitate building of relationships β€’ Regularly communicates company vision and overall direction and emphasizes employees' value and opportunities β€’ Maintains positive atmosphere, upbeat morale within region

Requirements

β€’ Highschool Diploma or GED β€’ Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, engineering, business or similar is preferred β€’ 5+ years industrial sales experience β€’ 3+ years of outside sales management / supervisory experience β€’ Experience within the Fluid Process industry is highly preferred β€’ In-depth knowledge of computer/Mincron packages β€’ Highly organized; has disciplined approach to using time wisely β€’ Ability to analyze business potential and economic conditions of region β€’ Highly self-motivated, leads by example; achiever with strong interpersonal skills β€’ Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills β€’ Detail oriented with consistent follow-up skills β€’ Ability to recognize, hire and promote talented employees β€’ Experience in sales training and coaching β€’ Valid Drivers License β€’ Ability travel within region via air or ground
