📋 Description

• The Customer Service Manager – Facilities Maintenance role provides exceptional, professional, and efficient customer service to our FM Strategic Customers in the rental of Climate Control equipment and store items. • This position is considered the centralized point of contact for a specific group of accounts and is responsible for improving the FM customer experience, streamlining the workflow process with our customer support and field-level operations teams, and driving revenue within our strategic customer book of business.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent combination of education and experience of 3 to 5 years in the rental industry. • Knowledge Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Wynne software experience preferred. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. • Commitment to excellent customer service both internally and externally • Team oriented with the ability to collaborate with others. • Written and verbal communication skills highlighted in all forms of communication including email. • Quick learner willing to adapt to change. • Requires minimal supervision. • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills • Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Strong analytical skills and come up with new ideas and suggestions from these results. • Ability to implement process, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to achieve objectives. • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task projects in a dynamic, fast paced environment with shifting priorities. • Experience working with large national accounts.
