🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience leading fraud prevention efforts at a fintech consumer lending company, ideally in a BNPL environment • Deep knowledge of fraud prevention strategies and the latest solutions in the industry, with a proven ability to adapt and scale strategies for a fast-growing company. • Experience optimizing and integrating fraud prevention technologies to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk. • Proven experience collaborating with diverse teams, including Risk Management, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Operations, to create and execute cohesive fraud prevention strategies. • Strong relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to influence senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement fraud prevention strategies.
