Description

• First level support of O&M issues, communicate with customer and provide support • GSP system tickets handling for O&M work • Support region service team to Identify problems and develops corrective action plans, and tracing and manage progress • Scheduling and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance with Region service team, and tracing and manage progress • Support RSC manager to manage hotline service partner to avoid SLA violation according to the contract • Ensure that all O&M activities performed at project sites complies with OEM (original equipment manufacturer) requirements and warranties • Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials expended on work orders. • Responsible for all required repairs, maintenance, and monitoring of all warranty claims • Manage and monitor the stock of spare parts and spare units on-site. • Apply the stock refill timely. • Manage the subcontractors and monitor their work result. • Follow the applicable local Health and Safety instructions and regulations. • Develop and manage local HSE regulations for site activities. • Review reports from field operation, status, and constructive feedback as Region service team provided. • Support on site activity if need.

Requirements

• Education as Electrical Engineer • Knowledge about PV inverter is a plus • English and local language skills at least on C1 • Driving license is extremely important for the job • Experience dealing with customers in critical situations • Willingness to travel
