Description

• First level support of O&M issues • Communicate with customer and provide support • GSP system tickets handling for O&M work • Identify problems and develop corrective action plans • Scheduling and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance • Manage hotline service partner to avoid SLA violations • Comply with OEM requirements and warranties • Monitor the stock of spare parts and spare units • Develop and manage local HSE regulations for site activities • Support on site activity if needed

Requirements

• Education as Electrical Engineer • Knowledge about PV inverter is a plus • English language skills at least on C1 • Driving license is extremely important for the job • Experience dealing with customers in critical situations • Willingness to travel
