Description

• Responsible for managing overall financial planning, results reporting and supporting analytics/analysis. • Manages, analyzes and reports financial results. • Develops, delivers and continuously evolves financial dashboards and supporting financial results analysis to enhance understanding and communication of drivers of results. • Proactively participates in business unit strategic & operational initiatives providing financial analysis & insight. • Attract, retain and develop top talent within a high performing culture.

Requirements

• FSA/ASA with substantial knowledge and experience in Insurance Industry, knowledge of the health insurance industry and/or stop loss products preferred. • Bachelor’s degree or higher, specializing in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, economics or corporate finance. • Experience and expertise in areas including financial modeling, financial reporting, valuation and/or pricing. • Management experience and proven expertise in managing & developing team.
