Description

• Reporting to the Learning & Development Senior Manager • Partners with business unit leaders to develop performance and learning solutions • Strong emphasis on customer service etiquette and product knowledge • Prepares new and existing staff for service excellence in claims intake and inquiries • Designs learning solutions using various digital tools and platforms • Delivers training to new hires and existing staff • Collaborates with hiring managers on staffing projections • Oversees trainee learning and provides feedback • Develops evaluation tools for learning solutions • Tracks and reports results of learning solutions efficacy • Addresses learning program deficiencies with leadership and proposes recommendations • Collaborates across FullscopeRMS and Sun Life to leverage expertise and best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Long Term Disability (LTD) case management experience • Learning & Development experience (Facilitation and Instructional Design) • Background in disability/leave management • Product knowledge in leave management, short- and long-term disability, and supplemental health • Instructional design expertise highly preferred • Ability to translate business goals into desired on-the-job performance • Strong knowledge of customer service standards and providing service excellence • Strong communication skills • Ability to provide constructive feedback to learners and colleagues • Self-starter with initiative to improve team effectiveness • High attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Supporter of diversity, equity, and inclusion • Proficiency in MS Office Suite/Teams • Strong presentation skills • Understanding of how adults learn best • Understanding of what creates a positive User Experience
