Description

•Sunnova (NYSE: NOVA) is an industry-leading adaptive energy services company making clean energy accessible. •Conducting data engineering to build a comprehensive data platform for renewable energy assets. •Leading software engineering teams in developing solutions for solar/storage production and consumption forecasting.

Requirements

•Minimum 8+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, software engineering, or a related field. •Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects, and development teams in an Agile environment. •Knowledge of data engineering pipelines and orchestration (dbt, Fivetran), cloud solutions, ETL management, databases (Snowflake, AWS Redshift), and visualization and analytics platforms (Tableau, Power BI). •Proficiency with SQL and Python programming language. •Experience with high-volume data, as well as designing high-performance and scalable systems on AWS. •Experience leading and hiring a team of software engineers, data engineers, business intelligence engineers, and data analysts. •Experience in planning, designing and delivering cross-functional custom data, reporting and software solutions. •Excellent emotional intelligence (EQ) and experience communicating with business stakeholders and senior/executive leadership teams. •Legally authorized to work in the US for ANY employer.
