Description

• Sunnova is an adaptive energy services company focusing on clean energy accessibility. • Vendor Manager oversees vendor relationships, operational performance, and KPIs. • Responsibilities include exceeding customer expectations and strategic vendor management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 5-6 years of leadership experience • Experience with either Direct Vendor Management and/or field operations management • Management of non-Sunnova entities keeping them accountable for performance and comfortable with having difficult conversations around performance, billing, exiting vendors, etc. • Working knowledge of Salesforce (preferred) • Experience with workforce management and quality assurance (preferred) • Strong solar, home construction or residential electrical knowledge preferred • Bilingual Spanish (verbal and written) (preferred) • Experience at an energy, consumer products or high transaction business (additional) • Self-starter and self-learner (additional) • PC skills; Microsoft Office - Excel, Word & Outlook (additional) • Excellent judgment in customer relations and managing company resources (additional) • Strong written and communication skills to communicate with all levels of management (additional) • Detail oriented with the ability to multitask (additional) • Strong problem-solving skills (additional)
