Description

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of full-stack developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment with expertise in React, React Native, and back-end technologies. • Oversee the full mobile and web application development lifecycle, including planning, requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, with a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end considerations for both platforms (mobile and web). • Drive the technical direction for the team, defining architecture, best practices, and coding standards for both front-end (React, React Native) and back-end development. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to understand user needs and translate them into exceptional mobile and web experiences, ensuring a cohesive experience across the entire consumer-facing technology stack. • Conduct code reviews for both front-end (React, React Native) and back-end development, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring code quality is maintained. • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in React, React Native, mobile app development, and relevant back-end technologies. • Develop and implement performance optimization strategies for both the front-end (React, React Native) and back-end of mobile and web applications. • Manage project timelines and resources effectively. • Identify and mitigate potential risks. • Track key metrics and report on team performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software engineering management or a related field, with experience leading full-stack development teams. • Proven experience leading and mentoring high-performing software development teams. • In-depth knowledge of React development principles and best practices (for both web and mobile - React Native). • Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycle and methodologies (Agile preferred). • Experience with mobile app architecture and design patterns. • Solid understanding of back-end development concepts, technologies, and APIs (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, etc.). • Experience with building and maintaining RESTful APIs. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Passion for building high-quality and user-centric mobile and web applications. • Legally authorized to work in the US for ANY employer
