Description

• Serve as a financial support to the Commercial Organization. • Assist in understanding sales performance and metrics. • Perform revenue variance analysis to articulate performance drivers. • Complete timely forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans. • Support Product P&L and management reporting dashboards. • Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting. • 4+ years of FP&A and Financial Reporting experience. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. • Excellent written and oral communication skills required. • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • Understanding of financial system integration. • Experience in the life science or similar industry.
