Description

• Provide financial guidance on key business decisions • Develop accurate financial forecasts and budgets • Maintain lifetime study plans in alignment with program teams • Provide detailed analysis and communicate findings to leadership • Work closely with R&D teams for optimizing strategic investments • Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial statements • Advise team on investment decisions through understanding of R&D strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field • Minimum 8 - 12 (w/o Master's) or 6 - 8 years (with Master's) years of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry • Experience should include budgeting, forecasting, planning and analysis for a global organization. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly to non-financial individuals • Experience using financial forecasting software such as Hyperion, SAP, and Oracle
