• Responsible for developing and working with several major client accounts within Sunrock. • Build, develop and maintain business relations with industry and logistics real estate clients. • Promote brand awareness and source for new business opportunities. • Win new business by identifying, building and managing an active pipeline of opportunities. • Manage multiple client opportunities through fostering solid relationships. • Identify specific needs of industry clients, real estate developers, and investors. • Ensure a seamless transition of client responsibility to the Development teams. • Manage recurring calls with internal client teams and client representatives. • Expedite problem solving on all account issues.
• A Bachelor’s (BA/BS) or Masters university degree • At least 3+ years of experience in the German industry or commercial real estate business • Preferrably a background in real estate deal management or industry production / supply chain management/automotive (e.g. factory planning and building & energy infrastructure) • The ability to solve problems in complex situations • An entrepreneurial drive and won’t let go until you get the deal closed • You are an absolute team player and are strong in relationship management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English • Travel is required
