Description

• Identify and qualify leads through outbound prospecting (emails, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach). • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting. • Work towards setting up qualified meetings for the enterprise sales team and ensure a smooth Customer Centric Handover. • Continuously improve your knowledge of the market and product offerings, ensuring you stay ahead of trends and opportunities. • Help build up the team and identify needed structures, implement tools and share your learnings with the team.

Requirements

• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Business Development, Vertrieb oder angrenzendem Bereich. • Hervorragende Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten. • Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Detailorientierung. • Fähigkeit, sowohl eigenständig als auch im Team zu arbeiten. • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CRM-Software und anderen Vertriebstools. • Fähigkeit, sich in einem unsicheren Umfeld zurechtzufinden und sich an wechselnde Prioritäten anzupassen. • Verfügbarkeit, um flexible Arbeitszeiten zu nutzen, um verschiedene Zeitzonen abzudecken. • Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch; zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
