Description

• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to manage inbound and external leads. • Contact prospective customers to determine their needs and interest in company products. • Schedule or conduct web sales demonstrations and maintain detailed notes in the lead tracking system. • Be knowledgeable about company products and services and competitors' activities. • Maintain positive customer relationships to maximize satisfaction and obtain new sales. • Work closely with the sales team and other departments such as marketing and customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry. • Proficiency in sales tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot. • Strong understanding of the Industrial Automation space. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills. • Fluency in both German and English. • Preferred associate's or bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field. • Nice to have: Experience in Food & Beverage industry. • Previous experience working in a start-up or fast-paced growth environment.
