Description

β€’ Identifying and creating new opportunities for our sales team through a combination of smart lead finding, social selling, email campaigns, cold calling, and clever outbound sales techniques. β€’ Becoming an expert about the company, industry, our product, and features to effectively present Caplena's value proposition to potential customers β€’ Working closely with Account Executives to ensure a healthy sales pipeline β€’ Collaborating with the Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to maximize our growth trajectory β€’ Maintaining and improving a scalable outbound prospecting system β€’ Tracking and managing prospects, as well as qualifying leads by using a modern sales tech stack β€’ Participating in team meetings, networking, trade shows to grow the business.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience β€’ Proven work experience in business development or sales β€’ Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, cold calling is a plus β€’ Track record of achieving sales quotas β€’ Experience in SaaS is a plus β€’ Experience with CRM software and knowledge of basic business research tools such as Linked in Sales Navigator is a plus β€’ Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills β€’ Verbal and written proficiency in English and German β€’ Hands-on and can-do attitude β€’ Upbeat team player with strong work ethics and ambitions
