β’ Identifying and creating new opportunities for our sales team through a combination of smart lead finding, social selling, email campaigns, cold calling, and clever outbound sales techniques. β’ Becoming an expert about the company, industry, our product, and features to effectively present Caplena's value proposition to potential customers β’ Working closely with Account Executives to ensure a healthy sales pipeline β’ Collaborating with the Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to maximize our growth trajectory β’ Maintaining and improving a scalable outbound prospecting system β’ Tracking and managing prospects, as well as qualifying leads by using a modern sales tech stack β’ Participating in team meetings, networking, trade shows to grow the business.
β’ Bachelorβs degree, or equivalent work experience β’ Proven work experience in business development or sales β’ Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, cold calling is a plus β’ Track record of achieving sales quotas β’ Experience in SaaS is a plus β’ Experience with CRM software and knowledge of basic business research tools such as Linked in Sales Navigator is a plus β’ Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills β’ Verbal and written proficiency in English and German β’ Hands-on and can-do attitude β’ Upbeat team player with strong work ethics and ambitions
