Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business economics • 5+ years in business development/sales in the pharmaceutical environment • Proven record of sales growth in the pharmaceutical industry • Stellar project management, negotiation, and presentation skills • Strong in problem-solving and applying a customer-centric approach • Intercultural experience • Fluency in English; ideally German and an additional European language • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
