• Optimize life cycle management of equipment to minimize costs and maximize uptime. • Analyze failure causes and perform cost analysis for operational efficiency. • Develop corrective action plans and perform root cause analysis for failures. • Track and analyze equipment degradation for preemptive interventions. • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to align lifecycle management with business objectives.
Requirements
• Minimum of 10+ years in Reliability Engineering, specifically within renewable energy • Significant experience managing entire lifecycle of equipment • Experience in Solar energy systems preferred • Proven track record in developing low-cost fault detection systems • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills • Mastery in cost analysis and financial modeling • Comprehensive knowledge of key equipment components • Proficiency in advanced data analysis techniques • Strong proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python) • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
