• Minimum of 10+ years in Reliability Engineering, specifically within renewable energy • Significant experience managing entire lifecycle of equipment • Experience in Solar energy systems preferred • Proven track record in developing low-cost fault detection systems • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills • Mastery in cost analysis and financial modeling • Comprehensive knowledge of key equipment components • Proficiency in advanced data analysis techniques • Strong proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python) • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
